My journey in the hair industry began at the age of 15, I became a licensed cosmetologist at age 17.
Throughout my 14 years in the beauty industry, I’ve discovered a deep passion for helping those facing the disconcerting condition of hair loss. Seeing how a great hair style can boost someone’s confidence firsthand, I’ve pursued certifications in Cranial Prothesis, specialize in non-surgical hair replacement and I am proud to hold an American Board Certification.
I feel incredibly fortunate to work in a field that’s always evolving, allowing me to offer the chance to help clients be more confident in their appearance, and ultimately, in themselves.
What do you enjoy as a Cranial Prosthesis Specialist?
In the past, I have also struggled with the insecurity surrounding my own hair. I have experienced first hand how devastating hair-loss can be.
I love having the opportunity to help others find their inner beauty on a daily basis. As a Cranial Prothesis, helping clients specifically choose their custom pieces to create the right style for them is my favorite part of the job.
There is nothing more fulfilling in life than doing something that will bring about confidence and joy in others.
How do you want to help your clients?
I want to help my clients feel confident and beautiful. I want to give them the certainty they need to help bring about some normalcy in their everyday life.
Every situation is unique and different and should be treated with the utmost care. I desire to create a safe space for anyone experiencing hair loss to feel comfortable.
Do you also install medical grade wigs?
Yes.
What do you love about the community you work and live in?
One of my favorite things about my community are the connections! Lynchburg has a small town feel but there are people from all over the world that have come here. I love meeting new people and getting inspiration from their stories.
It’s my passion and desire to help provide medical-grade hair loss solutions to anyone suffering from short or long term hair loss.
With all of my education, I am able to help with the entire process from beginning to end. Starting with the initial consultation, finding a specifically crafted unit and the final fitting.
I take great honor and responsibility knowing my clients allow me into a very vulnerable part of their lives.
