Tracey Fuller MSN, RN : Cranial Prosthesis Specialist Green Bay, Wisconsin

I have a 22-year nursing career with a strong clinical background in Trauma ICU and experience as a Director of Nursing.

My expertise in leadership, patient advocacy, and holistic wellness has shaped my dedication to healing, precision, and excellence—principles that continue to guide me today. Pivoting from critical care to entrepreneurship, I launched Allure Crown & Glory LLC, a beauty supply store, salon, and esthetics studio, to address a growing need in my community.

More than just a beauty business, it’s a space that promotes inclusivity, self-care, and empowerment through premium hair care, salon services, and medical esthetics. At Allure Crown & Glory, I bridge my medical expertise with beauty and wellness, helping people feel good inside and out. Whether through high-quality beauty products, professional salon services, or advanced esthetic treatments, my mission remains the same: to uplift, empower, and restore confidence—because true beauty is about both crown and glory.

What do you enjoy as a Cranial Prosthesis Specialist?

As a new Cranial Prosthesis Specialist, I find deep fulfillment in helping individuals regain their confidence and sense of self.

Hair is such a personal and emotional part of our identity, and for those experiencing hair loss due to medical conditions, treatments, or genetics, it can be a difficult journey. Being able to provide customized, high-quality solutions that restore not just hair but also dignity and self-assurance is incredibly rewarding.

I love the one-on-one connections I build with my clients, listening to their stories, understanding their struggles, and helping them find the perfect prosthesis that makes them feel beautiful and whole again. Seeing their faces light up when they look in the mirror—sometimes for the first time in a long time—reminds me why I do this work. It’s more than just hair; it’s about healing, empowerment, and self-expression.

My background in nursing and medical esthetics allows me to approach cranial prostheses with both technical expertise and compassionate care, ensuring that every client receives a solution tailored to their needs.

This work blends my medical experience, beauty expertise, and passion for helping others, making it one of the most meaningful aspects of what I do at Allure Crown & Glory LLC.

How do you want to help your clients?

I want to help my clients regain confidence and feel beautiful by providing high-quality cranial prostheses, personalized hair solutions, and expert care.

My passion for this work grew deeper when my great friend battled breast cancer in her early 40s. Watching her struggle with losing her hair was heartbreaking—I felt helpless as she faced not only the fight for her life but also the emotional toll of hair loss.

That experience drove me to create a welcoming, empowering space where clients feel supported, valued, and restored—inside and out. Through customized wigs, salon services, and esthetics, I blend my medical expertise with beauty to help others reclaim their confidence, dignity, and sense of self.

What do you love about the community you work and live in?

I love that Green Bay is a tight-knit, supportive community where people genuinely care about one another. Since moving here, I’ve experienced firsthand the warmth, resilience, and generosity of this city.

Green Bay embraces diversity and growth, and I’m passionate about contributing to that by creating spaces where everyone feels seen, valued, and celebrated. Through Allure Crown & Glory LLC, I’ve had the opportunity to connect with amazing individuals, uplift others, and provide resources that weren’t always accessible—especially for those seeking inclusive beauty and wellness services.

The sense of community, connection, and collaboration here makes Green Bay a special place to live, work, and give back.

At my core, I am a healer, an innovator, and a connector—whether in healthcare, beauty, or community building. My journey from Trauma ICU nursing to entrepreneurship has been one of resilience, passion, and purpose, allowing me to serve others in new and meaningful ways.

Through Allure Crown & Glory, I am not just providing products or services—I am creating a space of empowerment, inclusivity, and transformation. Whether it’s through cranial prostheses, salon services, esthetics, or mentorship, my mission remains the same: to help people feel seen, valued, and confident in who they are.

I believe beauty is more than what we see—it’s how we carry ourselves, how we uplift others, and how we embrace our own journey. And that’s what I bring to my community every day.
